MEET THE BOARD
Richard Attwood
Richard has volunteer experience with Marist Albion Rugby club where he has been a member of the Executive Committee. He has a substantial background in event management throughout NZ and Internationally both commercial and public sector and has worked as a Company Director and within Christchurch NZ as Major Events Manager. He is currently the General Manager at Harewood Golf Club.

Di Livingstone - Secretary
Di has extensive volunteer experience in North West Christchurch, including 14 years with Merivale Papanui Rugby Football Club, where she is currently President. Prior to her role as Regional Business Administrator at Barnardos, Di has held office manager and sales account management roles. As a parent residing in the area, Di has been involved in many school and extra curricular activities

Sam Watt - Treasurer
Sam has grown up in the North West since moving to Chch from Timaru when he was 10 years old and the sports clubs in this area are his passion. He has played softball with the Papanui Softball club and premier rugby for Marist Albion and, has boxed for the Papanui Boxing Club. Sam volunteers for all 3 of these organisations as he believes in giving back to these clubs as they have given him such great opportunities and have helped him meet some great people.
Sam is a qualified Chartered accountant so his skill set has been in demand.

Jodi Gauci - Board Member
Jodi has volunteer experience as a member of many organisations including school board of trustees, committees and sporting clubs. She has been involved in extensive community fundraising and is currently on the Board of Mainland Football Federation. As an entrepreneur she has business experience as a Director / Owner of a number of companies in the transportation and hospitality industry.

Lydia Kennedy - Board Member
Lydia has held various roles within the Christchurch City Council in sport, recreation, events and recruitment. She has a background and passion for the development and operation of programme delivery for adults and young people.
Lydia has a strong personal sporting background and has volunteer experience in Surf Lifesaving. Lydia’s current role is the Recreation and Wellbeing Manager for the Christchurch YMCA where she leads the Bishopdale team and facility.

Deb Chiplin - Board Member
Deb has had numerous sporting volunteer roles within Rugby and Ice Hockey and continues to be involved with these sports. She was president of Merivale Papanui Rugby Football Club and is still a board member as well as being GM for Junior Ice Hockey and on the Board of Inline Hockey NZ. Deb has a background in Management/Marketing and Data Analysis across the Electricity, Retail & FMCG sectors and is currently a Data Executive for Fairfax Media/Stuff.
